Once again the Risle CupInternational football tournament for the U 11 category (players under 12), which celebrated its 10th anniversary this year, vibrated football fans, young and old, last weekend in Nassandres-sur-Risle (Eure).

The volunteers provided all weekend, responding to all the requests from the many spectators. Results, atmosphere, anecdotes … There is a lot to say, on this Risle Cup!

Coaches and more generally staff members appreciate the Risle Cup.
“A tournament on lawn, with as many teams (32), it’s interesting for learning children,” said on site A PSG coach.
“For us it was the first time and it was a pleasure to come here,” said that of Anderlecht. Meeting large teams motivates children. And then, this allows us to highlight the training of our players. »»
For more modest team coaches, happiness is obvious.

A very nice finish
As is often the case, the public was treated to a beautiful final to close the event. The players entering the field were entitled to an honor hedge carried out by the Risle Cup volunteers (see video below).
That of this edition was particularly noted. It was dominated by the Belgians, who opened the scoring in the first minutes. PSG reacted well, being more offensive and procuring opportunities. But The Belgians will score a superb second goal and finally win this high -flying final2-0, succeeding the charts in Real, winner in 2024.
The young Brussels residents (Anderlecht is a district of the Belgian capital) are thus worthy of their predecessors, The RSC Anderlecht being the most successful Belgian football club. Anderlecht, who plays in the national first division without discontinuing… since 1921, has won the championship on thirty-four times.
