The Minister of Higher Education, Research and Innovation communicates:
The Government of the Arab Republic of Egyte awarded to the Government of the Republic of Senegal Fifteen (15) License Studies and Master under the Academic Year 2025-2026.
Eligibility criteria:
• Be of Senegalese nationality;
• not be an Egyptian mother or father;
• be under the age of 25;
• hold a baccalaureate obtained in 2023;
• Be healthy.
Application files:
1) a handwritten request addressed to the Minister of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (specify the exact address, the candidate’s telephone number and that of the parent, the e-mail);
2) two certified copies of the baccalaureate diploma;
3) Two certified copies of the baccalaureate notes statement;
4) Two certified copies of the reports of notes and notes bulletins (1st and 2nd semester of the Terminale);
5) A certificate of good life and mores;
6) A medical certificate attesting that the candidate is not suffering from any contagious disease and a vaccination book against yellow fever;
7) A negative test of HIV/AIDS and HB; 8) A certified copy of the passport (validity of 6 months minimum);
9) a birth extract (less than 6 months old);
10) Six (6) recent identity photos.
