Nice welcomed the first edition of the World Artificial Intelligence Film Festival (Waiff) on April 11 and 12, an unprecedented event combining cinema and artificial intelligence, which aims to become an unmissable event on the Côte d’Azur.
Announced with great fanfare last Januarythe Waiff (World Artificial Intelligence Film Festival) caused its world premiere, highlighting the best works created thanks to artificial intelligence. In total, more than 1,000 creators from sixty countries have taken up the challenge of creating a film entirely generated by IA for this first edition carried by the Department of Alpes-Maritimes and the Europia Institute, which celebrates a new generation of creators exploring the possibilities offered by Tech in the field of audiovisual narration.
An innovative approach, praised by a jury of five -star professionals, all present at the award ceremony, including Claude Lelouch, Julie Gayet, Alexia Laroche-Joubert-which had a lot to do on the territory on April 11- Or Thomas Bidegain.
