Zurich: “Baby QUAL” René Osterwalder is dead

The sex offender René Osterwalder, who became known as the “baby torture” as “baby torture”, is dead. This is what a former prisoner says compared to 20 minutes. René Osterwalder had tried several times to act against his custody. Most recently, in 2021 he came to the Zurich Administrative Court. Before that, he had tried twice to be from the custody. The Federal Supreme Court decided in December 2017 that it would continue to be kept.
