The control and disciplinary commission (KDK) of the Aargau Football Association (AFV) subsequently initiated a special examination. The offenses on the part of the player and association were rated as massive and blatant, which is why the KDK ordered the following punishments and measures:
Three players closed for five years
Three Menzo Reinach players are lost with CHF 500 each and closed until June 30, 2030, one receives ten game barriers and a bus of CHF 330.
The two 4th league teams (1a and 1b) of FC Menzo Reinach are immediately excluded from the current season 2024/25, the results canceled. The new registration of teams in the categories of juniors A and active men will only be approved again from June 30, 2027 and after a new assessment and on request by the competent authority.

If the instructions for action are not met and/or other incoming incidents will occur in the next three years, the KDK AFV reserves the right to apply for the exclusion of FC Menzo Reinach from the association and the withdrawal of the license. »
At the end, the AFV clearly makes it clear that it does not tolerate neither physical nor verbal violence in the football fields: “Violence must have no place in society and in football.” The association endeavors to contain the number of incidents through preventive measures and consistent punishment. And, as visible in the current case, he will “not shy away, to permanently suspend false players in the future and entire teams from the game”.
