The boss who resigned from Raiffeisen Switzerland, Heinz Huber, received a lower salary for the financial year 2024. His total gross remuneration was 1.32 million francs, after 1.48 million a year earlier.
Including lump sum costs, contributions to social insurance and staff provident, Huber cost a total of 1.68 million to the group, against 1.87 million in 2023, the annual report published on Wednesday.
After six years at the head of the company, Huber resigned in mid-December to become president of the Cantonal Bank of Graubünden in July 2025. Collective participation in the results, which amounted to 158,000 francs in 2023, was completely removed for the past exercise.
For the entire management made up of seven members, gross remuneration decreased to 7.67 million, compared to 8.29 million before.
The board of directors, for its part, had an unchanged remuneration at 2 million. President Thomas Müller received 700,000 francs, and vice-president Pascal Gantenbein 220,000 francs.
