The wait ends for the millions of Algerians interested in the AADL 3 housing program. The authorities have just officially communicated the long -awaited information concerning the prices of new housing, thus marking an important step in this national real estate project.
The minister of Housing, Town Planning and the City, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, lifted the veil this Monday, May 5, on the prices of housing of the AADL 3 program, during the inauguration of the 27th Batimatec International Show. In a statement to the press taken up by El rumorthe Minister said that AADL 3 housing prices would be comparable to those in the LPA (helped promotional housing) program.
Concretely, this means that the AADL 3 F3 apartments will be offered at around 3.5 million DZD, while F4 will reach 4.4 million DZD and F5 will be marketed from 5.4 million DZD. According to the minister, these prices were established after an in -depth study of current construction costs.

The Minister also stressed that AADL 3 housing will mark a significant development in terms of quality. For the first time in this type of program, the accommodation will be equipped with central heating. “This measure aims to guarantee the comfort and especially the safety of the inhabitants,” said the minister. New constructions will also benefit from better insulation and modernized architecture.
The Minister confirmed that the start of work for 250,000 dwellings is scheduled before the end of 2025. These constructions will be distributed throughout the national territory. This announcement is part of the vast program to absorb the dwelling deficit in the country. The authorities are betting on a sustained rate of realization to meet growing demand.
Recall that registrations for AADL 3 were opened on July 5, 2024. More than a million applicants have already activated their accounts and download their files in a digital way since last March. The procedure for filing the files will end on May 20, according to the calendar established by the National Agency for the Improvement and Development of Housing (AADL).
