Unusual, ATP> Federer in the wake of Nadal: “I played yesterday and I am still in pain from everywhere, even sitting!”

Recently interviewed by Mercedes – Benz, one of his many sponsors, during the Masters of Golf of Augusta, Roger Federer spoke of his growing passion for a sport that his friend and former rival Rafael Nadal has practiced for many years.

“I’m still working. My swing is a big project .. I don’t think so much about putting so much, I find it easier. There are still some uncertainties with the starting coup, I hope he will not go in the forest or in the water. But I really progressed. I finally have a handicap and I feel like I have more control over 18 holes. I no longer miss a lot of strokes and I am very happy on the golf course. I think it is the most important. I feel like I have a fluid swing. But I still hurt everywhere, I played 18 holes yesterday and now I have nothing in sitting here. I have to warm up and make sure I am ready for golf, even if it doesn’t seem to be the most physical sport. But it has an impact, especially mentally. It’s a big challenge and I really adopted this part of the game. ”
