Eleven people lost their lives and around thirty others were injured in the evening of April 26 after an attack on the ram vehicle during a festival celebrating the Philippine community in a quiet area of Vancouver.

Maria Victoria Bjarnson

Linh Hoang and his spouse, Richard, also appear in the balance of the victims just like their daughter, Katie le, who was only 5 years old, according to Richard’s brother, Toan le.
The latter says that his brother leaves behind a 16 -year -old son, Andy, who had stayed at home on the day of the tragedy. Toan specifies that Linh raised Andy as if he were his own son.
