Stellantis soon prosecuted in Italy because of the defective Takata airbags?

Bad news for Stellantis and Italy. A civil court of Turin has just declared admissible a collective action against the automotive groupspecifies the Reuters agency. This time about Takata Airbagspotentially defective and present in many vehicles of this automotive galaxy that is Stellantis.

Two consumer groups, Codacons et Altroconsumoare at the origin of legal action. The owners of vehicles concerned have now 150 days to join the appeal. And to specify that a legal hearing on the case is postponed to November 21.

285 million euros in penalties?
