Estonia reaffirms its support for the autonomy plan

Estonia reaffirmed, Tuesday, its support for the autonomy plan, presented in April 2007 by , to the question of the Sahara, qualifying the plan as “good serious and credible base for a solution agreed between the parties”, all “by encouraging the other governments to join this position”.

This announcement was made by the of Foreign Affairs Estonian, Margus Tsahkna, during a press , after interviews, in Tallinn, with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Moroccans residing abroad, Nasser Bourita, visiting Estonia, the of a Moroccan foreign minister in this country.

This support for the autonomy plan intervenes in the wake of the international dynamics created under the impetus of SM King Mohammed VI in support of Morocco’s sovereignty on his Sahara and the Autonomy Plan.

Estonia is thus part of the spirit of the resolution 2756 of the Nations Security Council, which welcomes the Momentum created and urges that it be used.
