The German group Masterflex SE, specializing in technical piping systems, announces the extension of its production capacity in the aeronautical sector. A new factory will soon see the light of day in Morocco within the Midparc free zone, near Casablanca, thus strengthening the position of the kingdom as a strategic industrial hub in aeronautics.
Masterflex communicated, on Monday, April 5, the launch of an industrial project in Casablanca on Monday, April 5, whose production is scheduled for 2026 on a site of approximately 4,000 square meters. The investment amounts to almost 3 million euros. This new unit will strengthen the production capacities already in place in Norderstedt (Germany) and Plana (Czech Republic), where flexibles, high quality molded bellows and molded parts are manufactured for international aeronautics, under the Matzen & Timm brand. In Casablanca, at least 65 jobs should be created.
Masterflex said he was the choice of Morocco was not trivial. The kingdom was carefully selected, not only for its climate favorable to investments, but also for its geographic proximity to Europe and the presence on its soil many renowned airlines.

According to the German group, this new site presents multiple strategic assets, in particular the availability of a highly skilled workforce, high quality standards and particularly favorable logistical conditions.
In addition, Midparc, the sole industrial zone in Morocco entirely dedicated to aeronautics, alone embodies the rigor with which the kingdom has built its industry in this strategic sector. Located in Nouaceur, at the gates of Casablanca, it already welcomes several world aeronautical giants, such as Iirbus, Safran, Bouygues, Pratt & Whitney, or the Spanish group Aciturri, recently installed. Companies from Germany, Spain, Belgium, Sweden and India are also present.
The free zone offers these companies an integrated industrial ecosystem, entirely dedicated to aeronautics, with a strategic location near Mohammed V airport and the main highway axes. It is also distinguished by the quality of its modern infrastructure, an attractive tax framework, as well as complete support facilitating rapid establishment and simplified administrative management.
