Che disturbances are due to the massive power failure in the Iberian peninsula, which affected the international links used by certain telephone operators, including their connections via servers located in Spain.
ONDA teams are currently in close contact with the support teams of the operators concerned in order to restore the situation as soon as possible.
In order to ensure the continuity of airport activity, ONDA informs that all of its airports have passed in manual mode for registration and boarding operations.
The office recommends that passengers contact their airline before going to the airport, in order to obtain up -to -date information on their flight.
Passengers whose flights are confirmed are requested to present themselves at the airport as soon as possible in order to carry out the necessary formalities in the best conditions.
“Our teams are fully mobilized to assist travelers and limit as much as possible the inconvenience linked to this exceptional situation,” says ONDA, which “wishes to reassure the passengers concerned that its teams work on the job, in perfect consultation with all partner stakeholders, to minimize the impact of this disturbance as soon as possible”.
