At the heart of the identity of Xperienza, the four fundamental elements: earth, air, fire and water. These natural forces are not a simple theme, but the very DNA of the festival, structuring all of the immersive experience offered with totems animals. Xperienza saw Grand, from April 30 to May 4, in the Taghazout Bay station, more precisely at the Radisson Blu hotel.
Far from the beaten track of traditional festivals, a new experience, “the Xperienza festival” was born at the Taghazout Bay station, in the surf village of the Radisson Blu hotel. For the organizers, it was not just a musical event, but an immersive experience, which took place from April 30 to May 4, 2025.
The festival experience has been defined through a avant-garde concept centered on immersion and the living forces of nature. The idea was born from a shared observation on the way in which festivals are sometimes experienced by redefining the interaction of the public to plunge it into the heart of a tailor -made world.
At the heart of the identity of Xperienza are the four fundamental elements: the earth, the air, the fire and the water. These natural forces are not a simple decorative theme, but the very DNA of the festival, structuring all of the immersive experience offered. To go further in this connection, Xperienza merges these elements with emblematic totems animals: the eagle (air), the snake (earth), the lion (fire) and the manta ray (water).
Each element associated with character traits
These spiritual guides will breathe their energy and their symbolism, potentially linking each element to character traits, inviting festival -goers to explore this dimension in a festive aspect. This universe offers a “human adventure” where we come to immerse ourselves, enjoy, have fun, share and fully live the experience. It goes without saying that practical immersion begins upon arrival.
The Radisson Blu has been completely transformed for the occasion and its revisited decoration to bathe festival -goers in the world of four elements. Spectacular luminous works, created by Gaspare Di Caro, have dressed the site, illuminating buildings, trees and spaces, strengthening the dreamlike atmosphere from dark.
In addition to this incarnation of details to offer a multi-sensory immersion, the immersion to Xperienza is lived through a multitude of activities designed to resonate with natural forces. Several spaces have been designed, each dedicated to an element, offering various experiences.
Beyond the transformation of the place, the Moroccan designer and creator of Moroccan fashion, Karim Tassi, imagined costumes for the festival, integrating the symbols of the elements and totems animals.
Creation at the service of totems elements and animals
“As a designer, the first challenge that I faced and raised with great pleasure is the design of the outfits for the animators of the Xperianza festival, with the base four elements: fire, earth, air and water. Therefore, it was a very interesting exercise to be able to express these elements through clothes. After this first step, the second was to create shirts for festival -goers, ”explains Karim Tassi.
Before adding that these shirts carry the famous animals which represent this festival, allusion made to animal totems: the lion, the owl, the giraffe and the siren. I wanted to add a touch of patchwork with leopard animal skins and snake while mixing the fabrics to be able to obtain a “sympathetic” shirt.
In detail, the shirts have four sizes, according to everyone’s taste, to be able to respond to all requests. This invitation to “cost up” culminated during large disguised evenings, especially on Fridays and Saturday evenings around the swimming pool, where international DJs set the mood on the themes of the elements.
Music, essential, accompanied this sensory journey with various sounds ranging from Latin and oriental melodies to African and modern rhythms. The opening on the beach stage, at sunset, was punctuated by a light ceremony, which set the tone for this celebration.
