According to the official trade sheet on Monday, two new administrators are in charge of Resort 4 SA, responsible for the operation of the hotel sector of the Gruyère golf course. They are Jean-Jacques de Dardel, former Swiss ambassador to China between 2014 and 2018 and domiciled in Friborg, and Li Jiayi, daughter of the Chinese investor who brings the site extension project. As a reminder, golf is currently closed.
According to freedom and La Gruyère, the two administrators have also been appointed to other companies related to the project: Resort Management SA, which manages the construction of the real estate and hotel complex estimated at 350 million francs, as well as Resort Energy Sàrl, the development company of the heating power plant project intended to feed the whole field.
These appointments come in a context still marked by uncertainty. Since March 11, the Golf de la Gruyère SA company, a course manager, has a provisional four -month suspended stay, aimed at offering him the time to start negotiations with possible buyers. Still according to freedom, maintenance work began on the ground.
