Grand Est team championship
Bitche
The Messrs’ team League championship marked the real start of the golf season in Lorraine, after the two Champagne Grand Prix. In Bitche, still magnificent setting, Strasbourg dominated the debates in the 1st division, first during the qualification, then in the final, spreading on the Preisch thread, the outgoing champion. Until then, nothing surprising. It is in maintenance dams that we must seek amazing performance.
Last of the class on Saturday, Épinal succeeded in the small miracle of Torpiller the 3rd of the first round, La Grange aux Ormes, in a game-play, 3 points to 2. Patrick Scremin, Vincent Géhin, Noé Labourier, Matthieu Saint Laurans, Julien Bailly, Thomas Salvini and the very young Jean Gremillet (13) therefore assured their maintenance among the big stables. Just like Nancy Pulnoy, poorly embarked in qualification, but imperial head-to-head against Metz Technopole. Fabien Millot, Luca Santoro, Enzo Trussardi, Adrien Devonec, Paul Artis and Tom Cremel have swept the 4 pts to 1 Messins! Birchs also end in the cart. The first three of the 2nd division, Kemperhof, Golf Académie 57 and Metz Chérisey fulfill the opposite path.
