Monuments in (full) form: yoga, mini-golf, tai chi … activities between heritage and sport

For the time, the national monuments put themselves in and invite you, from May 8 to 11, 2025, to get back in shape in places, between Mini-Golf, Yoga and Olympiads in the castles and buildings of Ile-de-!

Run, meditate, Golfer, these are terms that rarely go hand in hand with a Visit in a monument ! And yet, the National monuments center gets to the spoRT and launches the first edition of (Full) monumentsto move all together, 8 have 11 May 2025through five monuments in the Paris region and many others beyond. On the : mini-golf, yoga, cricket, hiking, qi gong or Olympiades in historic villas, resplendent castles or houses of illustrious!

Something to spend with with many Sports and well-being activities in exceptional places, reserve in To be sure of accessing it. A golden opportunity to see and visit these monuments differently!

The participating monuments

  • Mini-golf at Villa Savoye (78) – 10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. – 9 € / free for – 26 years old

The Le Corbusier purist villas icon provides you with a mini-golf. This initiation is a nod to the predilection sport of the former owners of the house! The Savoye this land in Poissy, close to Saint-Germain-en-Laye where there was a golf course at the time, allowing them to indulge in their favorite sport on weekends.

  • From yoga to the Maison des Jardies (92) – May 11, 2025 at 11 a.m. – 9 €

This course is designed in echo with the monument’s collections, combining artistic discovery and meditation. Try the unprecedented experience of a yoga session in a privileged place. Sit in the garden of the Maison des Jardies and enjoy a moment of well-being. A time for yourself, not to be missed! By Aurélie Delarue.

Come and initiate cricket or simply attend demonstrations, with the Aulnay Cricket Club or even the park freely, during a fun hike created by the IGN! You can also participate in an outdoor yoga session with Hana Genin or to the Nordic walking that it will lead to the wooded paths of the park, and which will end gently, with a moment of stretching and relaxation in nature.

Remember to take your equipment: yoga carpet, walking , walking shoes or sneakers, water bottle, snacks, backpack … and wear clothes suitable for sports and weather!

From 10:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m., in the Domaine Park, introduce yourself with family to Tai Chi. From 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., participate in “family Olympiads”. From 10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., follow “Les Pas de Pierre Le Faune” by downloading the Baludik application for free and discover the park through the resolution of the puzzles. So put on your sneakers, put on the right hold, and don’t your bottle of water! And to allow you to take full advantage of the , the picnic is authorized in the park.

Carole Berthelot, your teacher, introduces you to this practice which allows you to find flexibility, mobility and appeasement. After 45 min, where the whole body worked gently, experience a feeling of well-being and relaxation which continues in a friendly moment with tea.
