In its bulletin of 6 a.m., Tuesday April 15, 2025, Météo France announced to place around forty departments in vigilance for wind, thunderstorms or flooding rain.
Ille-et-Vilaine will therefore be in Wind yellow vigilance, 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., This Tuesday. According to weather forecasts, gusts at 70 km/h are expected in Rennes in the afternoon. The situation will be similar to Fougères and Saint-Malo. In Vitré, the wind will be slightly weaker with gusts at 60 km/h.
Instructions to be respected
The prefecture invites everyone to be cautious and Respect instructions following:
- Store or fix objects sensitive to the effects of wind;
- Beware of possible falls of various objects;
- Do not walk in the forest or on the coast and do not take the sea;
- If you have to get the wheel, find out about the condition of the roads.
