Alex Albon – 8/10
Ex-pilot Red Bull again scored big driving from his Williams. Playing the Ferrari, the Thai is in a position of Underdog that we love. Let it be said, this fifth place is a new performance of choice for the smiling Alex, again well in front of his teammate Sainz, and seeing a grove car by the end of the year is clearly no longer a utopia.
Some Antonelli – 8/10
The Italian rookie won his stripes during the Floridian weekend. His pole position for the Sprint race will remain a highlight of this 2025 season. Unfortunately, the Bolognese has not had a sprint success. Or, from the Grand Prix, he was again devilishly incisive to tease Verstappen. His Mercedes is certainly fast on a lap but still sins in racing. Come on Kimi, the podium is not far away!
Max Verstappen – 7/10
In the light of Djeddah’s events, we expected a tight match between Verstappen and the McLaren. It was not. In pole during the GP, Max Verstappen resisted the orange single -seaters as he was able before winning. Stuck behind the Mercedes de Russell, the Batavian ends more than 30 seconds from papaya. For his first Grand Prix as a father, the RBR driver hoped better. Only his new masterful pole on Saturday saves his weekend.
Jack Doohan – 2/10
This could not fall worse for the unfortunate Australian who will surely be ejected from Alpine in the coming hours. Mick’s son hung on to the first turn with Liam Lawson and left there. A pitiful end of the weekend (and career?) For the ex-teammate of Amaury Cordeel in F2. During the sprint qualifies, Doohan spent a soap in his stable. Sign of a pilot already knowing his sad fate?
