There are only five vacancies left. The female futsal World Cup is taking shape and just over six months to the start of the competition, in the Philippines, in November, 11 countries are already guaranteed in the dispute. This will be the first female futsal World Cup organized by FIFA – International Federation of Football Associations.
The two selections that most recently confirmed their vacancies are from the African continent. Morocco and Tanzania will compete in the title of the African Cup of Nations and have reached the final, “stamped” the passport to the 2025 World Cup.
The African Cup is being played in Rabat, the capital of Morocco, at Prince Moulay Abdellah sports complex. Nine teams began the tournament on April 22: Morocco, Cameroon, Namibia, Angola, Egypt, Guinea, Tanzania, Madagascar and Senegal.
In the first phase, the teams were divided into three groups of three. The champions of each key plus the best second place went to the semifinals. And the semifinals winners, besides reaching the title dispute, also secured the Philippine Cup.
