A young woman had been the victim of a flight aggravated by two circumstances on the part of a major and a minor, on March 20, in Saint-André-de-Sangonis. His attacker received a sentence of two years in prison.
On March 20, a young woman was attacked by two individuals she knew, in an alley of Saint-André-de-Sangonis. A minor, who had given him a punch two days earlier, had put a knife under his throat.
A 22 -year -old adult had forced him to kneel. He had put a lighter on the temple, making him believe that it was a pistol: “Give your phone or I shoot!” The victim had been torn away, just like two gold chains, and had been struck.
Before the gendarmes, the minor had loaded the middle finger: “He had spotted the collar and gave me the knife. He arrived after threatening it.”
Words denied by the oldest. “The minor committed all the reprehensible acts, and he puts everything on my client’s back”argued the lawyer for the latter.
12 months in prison sentence required
If the unfolding of the facts appeared blurred, the criminal record of Simon, who appeared on March 28 before the criminal court for “theft aggravated by two circumstances in recurrence”, weighed heavy in the balance.
“He was sentenced in November 2024 for similar facts”recalled the prosecutor. “He had seen the penitentiary insertion and probation advisor on the day of the facts!” She required 12 months suspended prison sentence.
Last January, Simon was sentenced to two years in prison, one year suspended for domestic violence. He wore an electronic bracelet but did not respect his obligation to care, observed the judge to apply the sentences.
Pistol cartridges at home
Simon was also tried on March 28 for “unauthorized detention of weapons or ammunition”. Seventeen 7.65 mm pistol cartridges were found at home, as well as drugs and cash, during a search of five days after the flight with violence.
“It is accessible to a criminal sanction and the risk of reiteration is important”noted the expert psychiatrist.
The judges went beyond the requisitions, condemning Simon to 18 months’ imprisonment with maintenance in detention, and revocation of a six-month stay. Finally, the cartridges were confiscated.
