From 8 to 11 May 2025the Cervo Conference Center of Porto Cervo will host the 14th edition of the Porto Cervo Wine & Food Festival. The event, organized byCala di Volpe Hotel and from Deer hotelrepresents an annual appointment dedicated to the food and wine sector, with a strong attention to Sardinian and Italian productions.
The 2025 edition will be divided into four days. The first two, Thursday 8 and Friday 9 May, will be reserved for sector operators, press and national and international buyers. Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 May, however, the doors will also be open to the public of fans.
The program foresees tastings At the Cervo Conference Center with about 60 exhibitors in the Wine & Spirits sector and over 20 dedicated to food. 50% of the wine companies present come from Sardinia, confirming the growing role of the regional wine sector also internationally. About 20% of the cellars will be present for the first time. Among the food producers, more than half is Sardinian, with different realities to the absolute debut in the event.
In addition to tastings, the calendar includes a series of “Fuori Fiera” eventsalready successfully experienced in previous editions. Aperitifs, cocktails, music and DJ sets will animate Porto Cervo every evening from 18:30 to 22:00, with free admission.
The Festival will also host the “PCWFF Award“, A recognition assigned by experts to a selection of regional and national wines, divided by type: red, white, rosé and bubbles. The awarded wines will become part of the” Taste of Sardinia “project, with which Marriott Costa Smeralda promotes Italian excellence in the world.
Thursday 8 May will open at 15:00 with tastings reserved for professionals, while at 18:30 the events open to the public will begin. On Friday 9, in addition to the tastings, the “Pcwff spirits Challenge” will take place (10: 00-12: 00) and the cutting of the official tape (at 2:30 pm). On the weekend, from 15:00 to 18:00, the tastings will also be accessible to the public, followed, as in the previous days, by the evening appointments.
Through meetings, exchanges and moments of comparison between producers, tourism operators and enthusiasts, the Porto Cervo Wine & Food Festival is confirmed as a space for enhancing local productions and reflection on the trends in the food and wine sector.
