The mountain bikers had an appointment this weekend in Lagrece-Dieu for the second interclub meeting organized by the Diejantès. On the program, cross-country on a brand new demanding course, trial and maneuverability workshops. All under an accomplice sun and a well -oiled atmosphere.
They were 35 pilots hired to meet the challenges of this sporting day. Technical crossings, full -bodies and concentration areas where balance was king. The supervisors did not spare their support, the encouragement fusted each turn.
And the results were there. Among those over 17, Milo climbs on the highest step of the podium while Mateo wins a good third place. In less than 17 years, Elias won, followed by Louis in third place. Loïc, Hadrien and Maxime also gave everything, with a beautiful attitude and a remarkable team spirit. In -15 years, Yoan proudly represented the colors of his club, with a commitment of every moment. As for Quentin, the only one engaged in -13 years old, he did not deserve and knew how to raise each challenge with composure.
The clubs leave with heavy legs but the light heart, with the added bonus of a well -deserved interclub trophy. This day will also have been an opportunity for young pilots to create links, share tips and rub the reality on the ground. A great lesson in sport and camaraderie.
