Benson Boone obviously did not appreciate the inexpensive reaction reserved by the crowd of the Coachella festival to his surprise guest, Legendary guitarist of Queen, Brian May. The singer kindly laughed at this lack of enthusiasm on Tiktok.
It was undoubtedly one of the highlights of Coachella weekend. For the end of his concert on Friday evening, Benson Boone welcomed Brian May to interpret together Bohemian Rhapsody.
What was to be a magical moment was received in an almost indifferent way by the young audience who was posted in front of the stage. And Boone did not fail to emphasize this.
In a humorous video on Tiktok, Boone laughed at the typically little expressive crowd of the Californian festival. “Me, trying to make the crowd of Coachella understand how Brian May is an absolute legend and the cultural impact he has on music and the world,” wrote the 22 -year -old singer.
In the video, we see it with a banana as a microphone lip sync on Bohemian Rhapsody. He looks confused and frustrated not to hear a public reaction.

For his part, Brian May does not seem to have been disturbed by this lack of enthusiasm of festival -goers. On Instagram, the guitarist mentioned how much he loved to join Boone on stage.
“I am still in shock last night in Coachella. Thank you to all of you who have made this special moment – you know who you are! And this very particular way of concluding Bohemian Rhapsody will be difficult to surpass in the years to come! ”
Benson Boone also turned to social networks to pay tribute to May. “I have no words. You are undoubtedly one of the most legendary musicians of all time and I will never thank you enough for coming. ”
