Courtney Henggeler, recently seen in the series “Cobra Kai”, has just published a text in which she announces her decision to end her acting career. She notably said she was tired by the incessant race to obtain roles.

In a message posted on his substack account, relayed on Instagram, Courtney Henggeler announced to put an end to her career as an actress. “After more than 20 years of honorable combat in the world of cinema, I hung up the gloves on Friday. I called my agents and told them that I ended my career. I no longer want to be a cog in the machine, ”she writes.
“Playing comedy is the only thing I have done in my career. But not really the art or craft of performance. The only thing I have known is the fight. The struggle, perseverance, sometimes embellished with a strange role. Perhaps a replica or two in the series ‘Dr House’-‘sorry’ (that’s all. It was my reply. Great). I succeeded in her hand, ”she adds again.
Recently seen in the successful series “Cobra Kai”, Courtney Henggeler has mainly chained the little roles in her career, in series like “Jane the Virgin”, “NCIS”, “The Big Bang Theory” or “Royal Pains”, but also in the cinema in “Sex with friends” or “not so crazy”. The 46 -year -old actress is however tired of having the impression of fighting permanently after more than 20 years of career.
