Compton-Stanstead remains liberal with the victory of Marianne Dandurand

A second defeat for Nathalie Bresse

The Liberal faced the blocist Nathalie Bresse, a figure known in municipal politics who was trying to make the federal jump for a second time. The neo-democratic party presented the candidacy of Valérie Laliberté, while Sébastien Tremblay was trying to delight the siege under the banner of the Greens. Jacques Painchaud, of the Conservative Party of Canada, was also a candidate in this constituency.
