The Cambrai prosecutor’s office announced this Tuesday, May 6, the indictment of a 56-year-old woman accused of having crushed with her car, a 50-year-old woman this Friday in Saint-Vaast-en-Cambrésis (North).
A 56-year-old driver was indicted for murder after the death of the wife of her passenger, whom she would have struck with her vehicle in Saint-Vaast-en-Cambrésis (North), the Cambrai prosecutor’s office said on Tuesday, May 6 at AFP.
The 50 -year -old victim went to this commune on Thursday where the driver resided, whom she suspected of being the mistress of her husband, according to the prosecution.
Around 5 am, the car “rolled the victim” who “quickly died from his injuries”.
The victim was in the process of separation
In the process, the driver and the victim’s husband, a car passenger, had been arrested and placed in police custody.
The man, also aged 50, was in the process of separation from his wife, and the couple had children, according to the prosecution.
Only the driver was presented to the instructor and indicted magistrate, before being placed under judicial supervision, he said.
A judicial investigation for murder was opened at the criminal center of the Douai judicial court.
