-The face of the 57th street west in Charlesbourg will change over the next two years. A real estate project of 318 dwellings will soon be undertaken there.

The “La Bastille” project will literally transform the face of the 57th rue Ouest. Designed and developed by the company Hectare immobilierconstruction will count 318 dwellingsspread over two phases.

The first phase, which will include 158 units, is already under construction and will welcome its first residents in July 2026. A second phase of 160 dwellings, will follow in 2027. Apartments of various dimensions, ranging from 3 ½ to 5 ½, will be available.

The Bastille will integrate many common spaces such as two outdoor poolstwo common rooms, one roof terracea shared kitchen as well as two training rooms.

And interior parking will complete the installations.
