Bravo to Cindy Dupras (Photo), which became, on April 14, when she came into office, the first woman to occupy the post of director general at the Patro de Lévis since her foundation in 1907. Already present in the Patro management team for more than two years as director of administration and material resources, Mme Dupras succeeds Jean-François Longchamps, who will continue his commitment to the old functions of Mme Dupras. Note that another woman, Diane Leblanc, is president of the board of directors of the Patro de Lévis.

Happy birthday late (it was on Saturday May 3) in Patricia Fortier (Photo), who lives in the Boron district, in Quebec, where she has long owned a neighborhood grocery store in the same sector. She is the head of a family of four generations with her daughter, Marie-Michelle, her granddaughter, Roxanne Julien, and her great-granddaughter, Rosalie Letarte. I am told that Patricia loves dessert and sweets. 80 times happy birthday, Patricia.

The flagship activity of the Sourdine Foundation will celebrate its 25e Birthday on Wednesday May 7 at the Capitole theater in Quebec. The event will once again highlight the talents of students from the Quebec Oralist School in a play specially written and created for them. Karine Arbour, CEO of Caisse Desjardins of the Administration and Public Services, and André Phanmain vice-president at Ellipse Assurances, accepted the honorary co-president of the evening presented at an almost closed counters. Although only a few tickets left, you can participate in the success of this event by focusing on the silent auction at https://www.macaux.com/sourdine.
