Jack Miller did not finish the MotoGP GP from Qatar. While he was fighting for the last positions marking points, he fell to the ninth round and was forced to abandon.

The Australian of Prima Pramac Yamaha said that before the incident, the feeling was clearly positive: ‘Obviously, this is the best I felt all weekend. The motorcycle worked well until it was no longer. I found my rhythm, I felt good, I came back to this group. And I rather felt comfortable there-I had already changed the card, I felt like I managed the tire well’.

But suddenly, the sensations began to change a few moments before the fall: ‘Just before I fell, on the left side at turn 15, which would have been my best tour of the race, the motorcycle started to vibrate like a madman in the back to the point that my two laps took off. It ruined the exit, and I even had to pass the fourth in the last turn because it was so slow. And it was still a 1m53.9s. [Jorge] Martín exceeded me, so I got a little behind him for turn 1, and as soon as I put him in the turn 2 – the next time touching the left side – it started to vibrate like crazy. I lost the front, I caught it on my elbow, I straightened the motorcycle, and then when I wanted to plunge back, it started to vibrate again. But at that time, I was on the dirty outside and it escaped me’.

The problem for #43 concerned the left side of the tire, and although it is clear that something happened, the cause remains unknown: ‘It seemed that every time I touched the left side of the tire, it went into a spin, as if it was starting to vibrate as if the wheel fell from the motorcycle. We can see it massively on data from one turn to another. It’s very clear. For what ? We don’t know. The appearance of the tire was very good, they could see that the way I worked the tire was really good. Everything looked correct. We just don’t understand why – if something broke into the motorcycle to cause vibration. We try to understand more now. It was just from turn to turn. But, to be honest, it seems to be the way it happened this weekend’.
