Despite a tense financial context, the Vaudois economy is doing well

And for good reason, the Vaud State Councilor responsible for the Economy, Innovation, Employment and Heritage can be delighted with promising figures related to the economic promotion of the canton. Not only is the growth of GDP (1.9%) higher, “as usual”, at the average of the country (1.6%), but 33 new international companies set up on Vaud soil in 2024, and 235 companies could be supported financially thanks to an envelope of 6.76 million francs.
