The major IT failure at the Quebec Automobile Insurance Company (SAAQ) paralyzes the work of police and road controllers.

“We confirm that the current failure has impacts on the availability of information disseminated to the police,” admitted the spokesperson for the Crown Company.
IT problems at SAAQ do not affect that citizens, who no longer have access to online services or to person services in branches. The Crown Company had to close its doors on Wednesday to the population due to the magnitude of the breakdown.
