May 05, 2025- The High Commission for the Planning launches the collection work for the national survey on the 2025 family, which will take place on the ground until the end of September of the same year. Led with a sample of 14,000 households, representative of urban and rural areas as well as all regions of the kingdom, this survey comes thirty years after the first edition carried out in 1995.
This statistical operation aims to collect data on the structure, organization and dynamics of Moroccan families. It will make it possible to better understand the transformations that the family knows in Morocco, to assess their repercussions on demographic, social-economic and cultural behavior of the population, and to provide an integrated database to better support the development of public policies in the fields of social development, intergenerational solidarity, education, housing and equal opportunities.
Committed to ensuring the confidentiality of the personal data collected, the HCP calls for a strong membership of households which will be asked for the success of this national operation, the results of which will contribute to a better understanding of family realities in Morocco and to support the development of family policies that meet the concrete needs of the population.
