The AUF pre-incubator is an support program for the AUF Middle East aimed at giving students entrepreneurs of AUF member universities in Lebanon and Alexandria, Egypt, the support and tools necessary to move from the idea of start-up to a structured and viable project.

The program offers participants of multiple supports to advance their projects.
Incub’auf pre-incubation revolves around 5 main components:
- Training workshops : face -to -face meetings mixing theoretical training and practical work where the different teams collectively carry out a work on a subject.
- Meetings and panels: Bimensual activity, face -to -face, allowing participating teams to exchange with entrepreneurs and experienced professionals.
- Deliverables: “Application exercises” which allow students entrepreneurs to apply the lessons acquired during the training workshops to their projects.
- Mentorat and coaching: Individualized and personalized online sessions of mentorship/coaching allowing participating startups to exchange with the pre-incubator AUF team.
- Demo day : At the end of the program, a demonstration day will be organized in order to allow participants to present their projects and their advances before an expert jury.

Prix :
12 teams in Beirut, 8 teams in Tripoli, and 6 teams in Alexandria will be selected and accompanied for 7 weeks within French -speaking employability centers (CEF) of Beirut, Tripoli and Alexandria.
Each pre-incubated team will receive a subsidy of 500 euros.
At the end of the Demo Day, some teams will be selected to spend a week in a pre-incubator in France or in their country of origin.
