The work indeed reveals the authenticity of Lanesterians’ discourse, with illustrations and a detailed chronology. It is not a historical account but personal family memories. The contributors are all memory smugglers who, from orality to writing, alert us and teach us about the imperative need not to recreate the conditions that lead to these dramas. It is our responsibility to act so as not to sting the story ”,
