Nice 2025 book festival: iodized readings
From May 30 to June 01, the Nice Book Festival proposes to drop the moorings During his 29th edition thanks to an evocative theme: “Take the sea”. An invitation to escape, of course, but also a nod to the great challenges of tomorrow. Because this year, Literature rubs shoulders with the ecological emergency With, at the helm, a committed honorary president: Allain Bougrain-Dubourg.
Passionate naturalist, invested journalist and tireless pen, he has always shared his revolt against the destruction of the living. While the United Nations Conference on the Ocean will be held in Nice (alias unoc 3) from June 09 to 13, his presence takes on its full meaning: The book becomes a space for debate, conscience and proposals.
Like every year, Over 200 authorsfrom all horizons, will come to dialogue, debate, dedicate their works, confront their ideas and mix genres under the leadership of Franz-Olivier Giesbert, artistic director of the festival. An anchored, more alive and current literary meeting than ever But also open to the world.
