Imagine Hokusai, Manet, Frida Kahlo, Van Gogh exhibited in your living room! Impossible ? Not quite!
Gallimard has just launched a new collection of very original books called Pop-Art.
These books are not like classic books or master canvases. They unfold to form a pop-up.
Pop-art how does it work?
The first four books in the pop art collection are in the form of an elegant colorful case. We extract the object object and we start to read.
Each book offers short and precise information on a work and the artist, going to the basics while remaining interesting: Manet, Van Gogh…
Once reading is completed, it’s time to unfold your pop-art! The book transforms and recomposes a work by the artist into 3D, a real exhibition object.
Each book has 44 pages, a surprising and innovative format!
You can then exhibit it at home: the book then becomes an original decoration element which will not fail to intrigue your guests.
Why do we love?
We like the ingenious concept of folding and the quality of realization of these books.
Their very affordable price of € 8.90 makes art accessible to all, an excellent gift idea to afford or offer without breaking the bank!
Read, fold, deploy: a great way to democratize art and enjoy it otherwise!
