Finally, the absolute Grail of gastronomy has not been awarded to any new restaurants this year. There are therefore only two establishments in Belgium which can boast of holding the famous three stars of the Michelin guide. They are Tim Boury (Tim Boury) in Roeselare and Zilte (Viki Geunes) in Antwerp.
