The Mohammed V National Theater in Rabat will be the scene of the long-awaited draw for the Morocco-2025 Africa Cup of Nations. This event will take place on Monday January 27 at 7 p.m., as announced by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) on Wednesday January 22.
This emblematic place, described by CAF as an “architectural jewel in the heart of the Moroccan capital”, embodies the rich cultural heritage of a country proud to host this 35th edition of the CAN. The 24 nations qualified for the competition will discover their distribution in the six groups of this prestigious competition, which will begin on December 21, 2025 and end on January 18, 2026.
For this edition, Morocco is providing modern infrastructure in six major cities: Rabat, Casablanca, Marrakech, Agadir, Tangier and Fez. This event promises to be a memorable moment for African football, marking a new page in the history of the CAN.
