Friday January 24, Reading Night will allow us to rediscover the soul of Bernard Manciet

A friendly program awaits visitors on Friday January 24, in Castaignos-Souslens. At 7 p.m., the Compagnie du Parler noir will discuss the author's childhood with the show “Les Cahiers de l'école”. A Spanish inn will follow. Then, at 8:30 p.m., Isabelle Loubère, a passionate storyteller, will poetically read the artist's writings.

Meet in a dark room at 9 p.m. to see the documentary “Bernat Manciet, un dider de heuc”, in the presence of director Patric La Vau to answer questions from spectators. “The House of Bernard Manciet 1923-2023”, an exhibition designed by the departmental archives and the Cirdoc, will be visible all evening.
