Panoramic swimming pool perched 180 meters away in an apartment

Regent Residences houses 63 luxury apartments in two 180 meter towers in Dubai. The top floor of each building is connected by a suspended swimming pool to constitute an apartment of 3250 m2described as an “ultra penthouse” by the architectural firm Foster + Partners. Outside of the pool, the penthouse includes a private elevator, six bedrooms and a fitness room.

The occupants of the other apartments will not be left out. With a living space of up to 600 m2they will benefit from a large space occupying the entire floor and will also have the opportunity to relax in a private swimming pool on the terrace. Otherwise, they can go to the shared indoor swimming pool.

Located not far from Marasi Bay Marina, Regent Residencies offer views of the marina, as well as the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa.

For the facade, Foster + Partners was inspired by “cascading water”, indicates the British architectural firm. The developer Sankari refrained from revealing the price of the penthouse. The price of other apartments starts at around 10 million dollars (9.1 million francs).

The two towers are not identical, “but they share the same stylistic language”, as Foster + Partners points out.
