By opening his bar on rue Vekemans, Santi intends to bring more life to Neder-Over-Heembeek and diversify the Horeca offer. “Too many people from Neder-Over-Heembeek go down to the city center for a drink. At the back of the room, a space is dedicated to darts. “We already have a club that has been created. There are matches organized here. We wanted to create something more than a bar.”
