At the time, Toyotaro – the designer and co-author – and his teams preferred to put a stop to it after the death of Akira Toriyama, the father of Dragon Ball, also at work on Super. But, the manga is now on track: a one-shot will be released soon.

We actually learned the news at the end of December, during Jump Festa 2025. On February 20, a one-shot will be released Dragon Ball Super on Son Goten and Trunks in the V-Jumpa famous Japanese pre-publication magazine. We don’t know more for the moment, except that Clean God, the favorite game hero of the two characters, will occupy a central place. The media I believe describes the “comedy” publication where Goten and Trunks, depicted as teenagers, will return to high school. The chapters of Dragon Ball Super are obviously the subject of a French version, but things can be more complicated when it comes to one-shots. To date, there is no release date for France.

Clean God is Trunks and Goten’s favorite game hero.
