The 30 winners of the Creator Labs Photo Fund 2024launched by Creator Labs of Google et Aperture for the third time this summer have been announced.
Launched in 2021, the Creator Labs Photo Fund is an initiative providing financial support and visibility to encourage photographic artists at formative moments in their careers. This third season continues the ongoing mission of making a dedicated financial commitment from Creator Labs and Google, supporting image creators in partnership with Aperture by awarding one-time grants of $6,000 to 30 artists working in the photography and lens-based practices. The fund is free and open to any photographer or photographic artist living in the United States.
The 2024 winners explore family archives, the impact of capitalism and colonialism, immigration and assimilation, self-esteem and recognition, family and cultural ties, identity and heritage, and ecosystems and changing landscapes. From Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Maine, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Texas, from Utah and Washington, this year’s photographers bring their diverse visions and perspectives to their work.
The 2024 winners are Ana Rosa Marx, Andina Marie Osorio, Anh Nguyen, Brian Lau, Brian Enriquez, Bruce Bennett, Camille Farrah Lenain, Christopher Perez, Dom Marker, Farah Al Qasimi, Harlan Bozeman, Jaclyn Wright, Jennifer Sakai, Luke Austin, Mary Kang, Mateo Ruiz Gonzalez, Mathilde Mujanayi, Morganne Boulden, Naima Green, Nathan Olsen, Obi (Obinna Onyeka), Oye Diran, Pia Paulina Guilmoth, Rachel Elise Thomas, Rachelle Mozman Solano, Shravya Kag, Spandita Malik, Steven Molina Contreras, Tanner Pendleton and Will Matsuda.
