Near Cholet. A photo competition open to all amateurs

The Christopherian photography club (Maine-et-Loire) is celebrating its 40th anniversary. To mark this date, we are organizing a competition open to allsays President Yannick Tricoire. To make the party even more beautiful, we invited the painters from the Ocsigène section to join us.

“Everything that rolls” is the theme chosen for both sections. We believe that this theme is broad enough for everyone’s imagination to find a subject. The rules of the competition can be obtained on the club’s Facebook page and on the municipal website. Flyers will be distributed in all mailboxes and will be available in stores. There will be a category for adults and another reserved for young people under 14 years old. The tests must be submitted before 1^is October at the Beaupère bakery, 9, rue du Maréchal-Leclerc.

The fortieth anniversary will be celebrated on the weekend of October 19 and 20. All the works, photos and paintings, will be exhibited in the Saint-Christophe village hall. Visitors will be invited to vote for their favorite work. the organizers specify. A ranking will reward the chosen artists.

Exhibition of old devices

For members of the Déclic 84 club, this event will be an opportunity to showcase their activity and invite them to their meetings on 1^is et 3^e monthly Tuesdays at the communal leisure center. We welcome anyone who wants to learn about taking pictures and image processing, whether they are beginners or not, specifies President Yannick Tricoire. We will present some of our achievements. Those nostalgic for film will enjoy discovering an exhibition of old cameras.

For their part, the painters will exhibit their works. Their painting workshop, formerly called Les lézards verts, has now become a section of the Ocsigène center. They meet on Thursday afternoons and evenings on the ground floor of the communal leisure center, rue du Chêne.
