The French group TSG, active internationally in technical services for mobility, is strengthening its positions in Switzerland. The Swiss subsidiary, TSG Switzerland SA, based in Givisiez, announces the acquisition of Solar Alliance AG. Founded in 2015, this company based in Wallisellen (ZH) specializes in photovoltaic engineering. Employing eleven employees, it has already carried out more than 500 large installations in Switzerland and is currently working on the development of 15 new projects, specifies a press release.
