It is in that Julien Courbet chose to settle down with his wife Catherine, far from the tumult of . To rest and enjoy the calm of the countryside, the couple chose to invest in a pleasant little farm which they had restored. The charming cottage is located in the small village of Saint-Aubin-sur-Gaillon in Eure, in Upper Normandy. Julien Courbet and his wife Catherine Courbet have been married for 27 years. In 2000, they had their first child Lola, then a second in 2001, Gabin.
