At the 2024 LACMA + Film Gala on November 2, Blake Lively lit up the red carpet in a bold mini dress by Tamara Ralph.

Blake Lively never misses the opportunity to create an event with her daring looks. The “Gossip Girl” star caused a sensation on the LACMA Art + Film Gala red carpet which took place this Saturday, November 2 in Los Angeles. For this exceptional evening, the actress opted for a flamboyant outfit which captivated all eyes.

Wearing a sumptuous gold chainmail mini dress, the actress sported a creation inspired by Paco Rabanne's dresses from the '60s and '70s. Her shimmering dress, made of reflective metallic pieces and held together by sparkling diamonds, featured small cutouts that showed she wasn't wearing anything underneath. With its plunging neckline and low back, this daring look was both glamorous and provocative.

To accentuate her figure, she chose to accompany her dress with an opulent burnt orange taffeta cape, featuring puffed sleeves, which provided an elegant contrast to her minidress. To complete her dazzling look, Blake Lively opted for strappy lilac heels adorned with rhinestones, adding a touch of sparkle to her outfit.

Tamara Ralph, the designer to follow

This isn't the first time Lively has tapped Tamara Ralph for spectacular ensembles. At the premiere of her film “It Ends With Us” in August, she previously dazzled in a crystal mesh intarsia dress by Ralph, complete with floral appliqués and a feathered cape.

Tamara Ralph, whose creations have recently been adopted by icons like Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Lopez, Halle Berry and Florence Pugh, has established herself as an essential reference on the red carpets. For the LACMA gala, it was only natural that Blake Lively chose one of his spectacular creations, confirming Ralph's specialty for high-profile events.
