Ascension weekend had something to please. The Jura, its peaceful nature, more than 20°C, no rain. If the farmers were all in the fields making hay before the rain returned this Sunday evening, others just took advantage of the moment with family, like these passing celebrities.

We never miss a fondue

Jean-Luc Reichmann and Nathalie Lecoultre, his director partner and originally from Foncine, spent the last days in the Jura. The television host and actor, notably playing Léo Mattéï on the small screen, still enjoys coming to the department and sharing these “precious” moments on his Instagram account. Thus, he visited the Laughing Cow museum, in Lons-le-Saunier, strolled through fields, before indulging in games of pétanque and a well-deserved summer fondue “after having missed that of winter and spring for theatrical prison obligation”.

“Better here than anywhere else”

For his part, Charles Consigny was at Mantry. The columnist journalist known for his interventions on RMC in Les Grandes Gueules in particular and on BFM TV, often returns to the department, his maternal family owning a house in the town. The man seems to like to recharge his batteries in the Jura: “We are better here than elsewhere”.
