In partnership with several artist associations (Les Amis de Pierre, the Academy of Arts, Peinture Palette Passion and Les Peintures du Large), the City of Lisieux (Calvados) organizes a weekend dedicated to paintersSaturday September 28 and Sunday September 29, 2024.
This is the first time that this event, the first two editions of which took place over one day, will last for a weekend.
“Along the water”
Meet in the gardens of the Mosaïc room for an edition under the theme “Along the water”, with several activities.
Saturday and Sunday: live paintings, free artistic performance “Contemplating water-trement” by Homek, painting workshop for children and adults, by Peinture Palette Passion.
Saturday: concert by the duo Coin de rue (French variety, swing and jazz), kayak demonstration by Lexovives, and at 3 p.m., conference “English painters facing Lisieux and the others” by Benoît Noël.
Sunday: from 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., ball in the Mosaïc room.
Saturday September 28 and Sunday 29, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., in the Mosaïc gardens, boulevard Pasteur in Lisieux. Free.
